The Dean's Lunch & Learn Series is an informal gathering to build and strengthen community across campus while also celebrating our impact through research, innovation, and engagement. All faculty and staff are welcome to join for part or all of the session, as able.

Dr. Nima Fathi, Assistant Professor in Marine Engineering Technology, has 14 years of experience in the industry and academia, with a focus on heat exchanger design, fabrication, and experimental and computational fluid dynamics and finite element analysis of hybrid energy systems. His research will improve decarbonization in the maritime industry and the implementation of portable nuclear power plants for marine propulsion.
